At Levine’s Enterprises LLC, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a service. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to ensure you understand the terms and conditions of the cancellation process.
1. Cancellation Requests
Clients have the right to request a cancellation at any time. All cancellation requests must be made via the client portal; no exceptions will be made.
2. Review Process
We review all cancellation requests promptly and respond within 24-48 hours.
3. Denial of Cancellation Requests
Levine’s Enterprises LLC reserves the right to deny a cancellation request for any reason, including but not limited to situations where the stated reason is outside of our control, is unreasonable, or is otherwise deemed unacceptable.
4. Restriction on Repeat Cancellation Requests
Once a cancellation request has been denied, the client cannot submit another cancellation request for the same service for 90 days after the final verdict has been reached.
5. Advance Notice Requirement
We require 30 days advance notice for any cancellations. If we are not provided with the 30 days notice, the following month’s charges will apply.
6. Non-Disputable Cancellation Denials
Cancellation denials are non-disputable. Should a client attempt a chargeback on a charge related to a service for which a cancellation request has been denied, we will provide proof of these terms, and the client will lose the dispute.
7. Data Retention
Once a client cancels a service, Levine’s Enterprises LLC holds no liability to retain any information or data from the service after the last service date.
